Chef Jason Meador received his accreditation from the Art Institute of Atlanta with his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts w/ honors. A native Texan, Chef Meador, is very familiar with serious BBQ and good food. He has been passionate about culinary arts for as long has he can remember, however this fire was reignited while he was serving his country in the United States Air Force, stationed overseas in Europe for five years. His experiences in Europe have given him in-depth knowledge of many different cultures and cuisines which will come across on his plates.
